Catalog Worthy

Aaron's did an exceptional job on two brick paver walkways we had done. Here is the email I sent to the project manager.

I want to tell you how impressed we are with the walkway and the professionalism of Heime, Jimmy and Luiz (I bet I butchered the spelling). They are true craftsmen and exceptional ambassadors for Aarons. Their attention to detail and professional suggestions were appreciated. Top-Notch Service

I hired Aaron's to totally re-do the mess I made of my front landscaping (see photo of before and after). I asked them to put in a more inviting walk-way (existing path was narrow and did not allow for landscaping) and provide landscaping that was both "normal" and "different". I didn't want a typical selection of plants. They delivered! They arrived on time and completed the project in three days. They didn't receive four of the plants I wanted (the incorrect plants were delivered), however, they will plant them Spring 2020 when they can get them (and they took them off the total invoice).

Prompt and Efficient

I have an older home that was in need of a "face lift" ie: new landscaping.  I received several estimates and Aaron's Landscaping was the clear winner in terms of personal service and cost.  The job was done promptly and completed within the time frame promised.  More importantly, the yard looks great; everything was done exactly as we had agreed.  I am very happy with Aaron's landscaping and appreciative of Chris White's work.  I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Outstanding Work

After talking to many contractors we hired Aaron's to do extensive work for us: lawn drainage, complete new landscaping job in the front yard, and repairing a damaged front step/landing at our front door. This involved determining where to place box drains, pitching the perforated drain tile properly, and tapping into the city storm sewer; design work for the landscaping; and a complex job of using concrete pavers to build a "box" over the damaged front steps.

The work is now done and we could not be more pleased. It looks great and the quality of the work is outstanding. The crew was polite and picked up after themselves, including reseeding parts of the lawn that got roughed up by equipment. The paver job was complex and technically difficult; GM Chris took it on himself, worked patiently and found creative solutions, and turned out an outstanding work product that solved a big problem for us.

I can't say enough good things about Chris. He handled the sales aspect and design work as well as the paver job. He answered all our questions and asked for our input and approval at critical stages in the process.

If we need work done in the future, we know who to call. Quality work; a fair price; and someone we feel we can work with.

Responsive and Punctual

Aaron's has been handling landscaping services for our condo association for several years and we are very pleased with their work. We have entrusted them with our lawn mowing, edging, tree and shrub trimming, mulching, fertilization and weed control, and our spring and fall cleanups. Our lawns have never looked better! They are a pleasure to work with and are quick to respond when we have questions or special requests. They fulfill these contracted tasks without having to be reminded and their invoices are clear and accurate. Aaron's has been helpful to us in many ways including giving advice about varieties of shrubs and trees that will work best when we need replacements, and which to avoid. I highly recommend them!

Great Communication

Aaron’s is a great company for both landscaping and lawn care! The landscaping they did for me included re-grading, planting new grass, installing some rocks, removing an unwanted gravel area, removing shrubs, and some concrete work. All of it was quality work and was completed in a timely manner. I’ve also been using their mowing service and having them apply fertilizer/weed control. They show up reliably and do an excellent job. Everyone I’ve spoken to at the company has been knowledgeable and very helpful. They’re also very good about communicating when they will come to do the job (which I really appreciate after dealing with some other companies who didn’t). Based on my experience with them, I highly recommend Aaron’s for both lawn care and landscaping.

Impressive Customer Service

My name is Kevin K. and I had a patio installed as well as some additional landscaping last Friday. I’d just like to give some props to Chris White and the crew he brought to my house. They were awesome and my backyard looks amazing! After a bad weather delay Chris showed up on Friday and told me that he was sorry for the inconvenience and he was going to get it all done for me by the end of the day. Even during several downpours and the bobcat breaking down they just kept on working. The entire crew was really nice and treated my yard like it was their own. Chris listened to our ideas, threw in some of his own suggestions and came up with a very simple plan that looks like a million dollars. I knew as soon as we met him that Aaron’s would be getting our business. I will pass on my great experience with your company to anyone I know that is looking for a great company to deal with. Helped Us Achieve our Goals!

Clean and Professional

If you're looking for a professional, first-rate landscape company to help beautify your home, look no further than the Aaron’s.  Recently, they handled all of our outdoor needs on our new construction home including grading, sod, entire landscaping with many trees, paver patio, paver walks and lighting.  We couldn't be happier with the job they did. Characterized by quality, efficiency, and affordability, every aspect of their work was clean and professional.  They began and completed the job in the time they said they would--all for a price that was very affordable.  We also have been using Aaron’s fertilization plan since they laid the sod and our lawn couldn’t look better.  I get numerous compliments from neighbors on how green our grass is.  In addition, the service didn't end upon completion of the job.
